Below is Carole's appearance in the February 1977 issue of Playboy. Her photo appears at the bottom of page 126 (left) and her photo's caption is at the bottom left of page 127 (right). Her photo is part of "Playboy's Playmate Preview," a pictorial featuring candidates for future centerfolds, i.e., Playmates of the Month. Carole didn't make the cut. Although it's likely that this is her only Playboy appearance, I cannot prove that claim.
